Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process about:
- Visitors who browse the Service without creating an account;
- Registered users who create an account, purchase generation credits, or use our AI image and video tools;
- Individuals who contact our support team, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with us.
This Policy does not apply to information processed by third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not own or control, even if you access them through a link on our Service. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service you use in connection with Pay & Slay AI.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the Service, and information we receive from third parties. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account data: email address, username, hashed password, and any profile details you choose to add.
- Payment data: billing name, billing address, and transaction metadata (such as amount, currency, and order ID) needed to process a purchase. Your full card, UPI, or bank details are collected and stored directly by our payment partners — we never see or store your complete payment credentials on our own systems.
- Generation content: the text prompts, reference images, and other inputs you submit, together with the images and videos generated in response, your generation history, and your model/style preferences.
- Communications data: the content of support tickets, bug reports, survey responses, and any other messages you send us.
- Content involving other people: if you upload an image or reference that includes another identifiable person, you confirm you have their permission to do so. Do not upload images of others, or any sensitive personal data (such as government ID numbers, health information, or biometric identifiers), unless it is strictly necessary and you are authorized to share it.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and general connection information.
- Usage data: pages and features viewed, generation activity, session duration, click paths, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage patterns. See Section 7 below.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address, used mainly to localize currency, tax, and language settings.
2.3 Information From Third-Party Sources
- If you choose to sign in using a third-party account (for example, a Google account), we receive limited profile information you have authorized that provider to share with us.
- Our payment partners share confirmation and status information about a transaction (e.g., “successful,” “failed,” “refunded”) so we can update your account — they do not share your full financial credentials with us.
- Fraud-prevention and risk-scoring signals that help us detect suspicious account or payment activity.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information described above for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: authenticating your account, processing your generation requests, delivering outputs, and processing payments.
- Account and credit management: maintaining your balance, purchase history, and generation history.
- Communication: sending transactional emails (receipts, generation status, security alerts) and responding to your support requests.
- Fraud and abuse prevention: detecting unauthorized access, payment fraud, prompt/content abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Service improvement: understanding aggregate usage trends to fix bugs, improve reliability, and design new features.
- Legal compliance: meeting our obligations under applicable tax, financial, consumer-protection, and data-protection law, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
- Model performance and safety: as described in Section 6 below, subject to the choices available to you.
We do not use your account information (such as your email address) to train AI models, and we do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Our Commitment: We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes, and we do not participate in third-party behavioral advertising networks. This commitment is central to how we operate and is not limited to any one region’s legal definition of “sale.”
Generated Content, Prompts & Model Improvement
6.1 Ownership
As between you and Pay & Slay AI, you retain ownership of the prompts you write and the outputs generated from them, subject to the underlying rights of any third-party model provider and the terms of our Terms of Service.
6.2 Use for Service Operation and Improvement
- We process your prompts and uploaded reference content to generate your requested output — this is the core function of the Service.
- With your input, we may analyze de-identified, aggregated usage patterns to improve reliability, safety filtering, and feature design.
- Where we use content for model-quality improvement, we take reasonable steps to disassociate it from your account identity and never use your account credentials (email, password, payment details) for this purpose.
- You may opt out of any non-essential use of your content for service-improvement purposes by contacting support@payandslay.ai.
6.3 Marketing Use
We will not feature your private generations in our marketing or promotional materials without your explicit, opt-in consent. Content you voluntarily make public on the platform (if such a feature exists) may be treated differently, as disclosed at the point of sharing.
How We Protect Your Information
We take the security of your personal information seriously and apply industry-standard organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards include, among others, encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting who within our organization can view sensitive information, and ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity.
Consistent with standard security practice, we do not publicly disclose the specific technical architecture, infrastructure providers, or implementation details behind these safeguards, as doing so could itself create a security risk. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account remains active, and for a reasonable period after closure in case you wish to reactivate it, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Transaction and billing records: retained for as long as required under applicable financial, tax, and accounting laws (typically several years).
- Generation content: retained in line with your account settings and deleted following account closure, subject to standard backup cycles and legal holds.
- Support communications: retained for a reasonable period to allow us to track and resolve related issues.
- Analytics data: retained in identifiable form only for a limited period, after which it is aggregated or anonymized.
When information is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it from further active use, except where longer retention is required by law.
Your Privacy Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to data portability: receive certain information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object or restrict: object to, or ask us to limit, certain types of processing.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously gave us, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to opt out of non-essential communications: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided, without affecting transactional emails.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@payandslay.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (and in any case within 30 days), and we may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.
International Data Transfers
Pay & Slay AI serves users globally, and the third parties who help us operate the Service may be located in different countries. As a result, your information may be processed in a country other than the one in which you live, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your information. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these countries.
Pricing, Currency & Tax
- Prices may be displayed in a currency appropriate to your location. Currency conversion is handled by our payment partners based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of your transaction.
- Applicable taxes (such as GST in India or VAT in the EU/UK) are calculated and added based on your billing location and applicable local tax rules.
- Billing and tax records are retained as required under Section 9 (“Data Retention”) to comply with financial and tax laws.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@payandslay.ai.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
Automated Processing
We may use automated systems (for example, to flag potentially fraudulent transactions or content that violates our Terms of Service) to support our operations. These systems assist our review process; they are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without the ability for human review upon request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Policy on our website and revising the “Last Updated” date above, and, where required by law, we will seek your consent. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
